Woodway Curve Treadmill
The Woodway curve treadmill is designed to burn 30% more calories than a regular treadmill and works the same muscles as outdoor running.
Jacobs Ladder
Familiarise yourself with this calorie-burning, core-toning machine! This popular machine utilises your entire body through climbing the ladder and burns a very high amount of calories per minute in comparison to other cardio machines.
When using the machine you are placed at a 40-degree angle which puts the spine in a more neutral position, relieving the back of stress and engaging core muscles.
Glute Press
The Glute machine reaches the hard-to-isolate areas and will strengthen your glutes giving you a sculpted derriere and strength to perform regular activities more efficiently.
