Swim Race Night

Join us for another fun race night this July!

Our Race Nights are a great way to introduce your kids to the idea of swimming as a sport and also to practice their racing skills. Swimmers will be able to participate with other children their age in an enjoyable, supportive environment.
Come along to our next Race Night and bring a friend for a guaranteed night of fun racing, new friends and a great sense of achievement. Our next race night is coming up in March.

Instructor of the month – June

Congratulations to Kurtis who is this months well deserving instructor of the month.

Four years ago I was obese, about 120 kg and very close to 50% body fat. To top it off, I was working in an environment I hated and was completely de-motivated with everything. I finally came to realization that I needed a change. I started training regularly, got my nutrition under control, quit smoking and focused on being healthier.

Now don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t an easy journey.  I came to fitness pretty late in life – I started my first remotely serious fitness program at the age of 34, with years of sitting at a desk behind me and absolutely no positive dietary habits to fall back on. I didn’t have the lifetime of fitness some people do, so I made mistakes in my training which resulted in longer progression with my fitness. But I still felt great from doing it!

The strength and happiness I gained from changing my lifestyle made me want to be able to help other people improve their lifestyle.  I first started out training my friends and helping them to develop proper technique and discipline. Then soon after I enrolled to study at Randwick TAFE, completed my CIV and haven’t looked back!

I believe that an active healthy lifestyle is the key factor in working towards a happier life. I love that my job is helping other people do that!

We are over the moon to announce that the hottest workout innovation right now is coming to All Sorts on Saturday 25th June.

Barre is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, Bal­let and fit­ness. It’s a total body workout that uses the principles of Pilates and the clas­sic Bal­let Barre to create lean toning results and provide cardiovascular benefits for a balanced body.

Barre works perfectly alongside Pilates training as a fabulous cardio workout which complements Pilates as well as being both fun and challenging. Barre provides lots of functional strengthening and full body strength focus which a wide range of people need and benefit from.

What to expect?

We are introducing 6 NEW Barre classes to the timetable which will be instructed by our qualified Barre instructors Lauren and Kelii – both barre and pilates fanatics!

You won’t need any spe­cial equip­ment and you don’t need any Barre expe­ri­ence. Sim­ply wear your gym gear, bare feet or socks, and bring a towel and water.



I’m Lauren, a Pilates, barre and health fanatic! Ex equestrian turned fitness addict. I’ve been teaching for over 10 years and love the results these methods provide! I love the way barre energizes and challenges at the same time and how you can have fun whilst getting an intense workout! Barre provides lots of functional strengthening and full body strength focus which a wide range of people need and benefit from. You can expect a very safe, challenging and friendly class environment.



I am ex professional dancer come fitness instructor known for my energy and intense workouts. I love barre as it fuses my love of dance and fitness. It has graceful movements that still conditions and challenges the body.new barre instructor

Barre works both main and accessory muscles. It promotes strength and endurance in the body while improving your coordination and control.

Member of the month – June

Well done to Mallory who has shown that dedication and hard work pays off fast!

Since her first member care session with Clea 6 weeks ago Mallory has managed to shed 6 kilos through basic training exercises, group fitness classes and good nutrition advise.

What are your favourite Group Fitness classes at All Sorts, why? I regularly go the the Body Pump classes. I love the atmosphere that the classes at All Sorts have – I enjoy everybody getting fit together.
