Our fabulous new Mums and Bubs class is a great way to look after yourself after the birth of your baby and while you undertaking such intense care of them. Yoga helps create a balance between the needs of your physical body and the needs of your emotional state.
These classes are designed to both nurture, strengthen and tone the post natal body through safe and effective yoga postures designed for the postnatal body. The classes will also include some breathing practices and gentle meditation that is both practical and applicable to everyday life. Babies from 6 weeks until crawling welcome, and there is an onsite creche if your bub is on the move, and you want to be too!
Meet our fabulous mums and bubs instructor Kate:
After her initial training Kate was led to study pre-natal with Katie Manitsas when she unexpectedly fell pregnant.
The pregnancy changed everything! Her yoga practice brought a whole new level of meaning and encouraged her to want to share the benefits of prenatal yoga with other pregnant women.
Kate discovered that yoga offered mothers the opportunity to climb inside themselves and develop an integrated method of better supporting themselves through body, mind and spirit during pregnancy, labour and into motherhood and beyond and she has a deep passion for guiding women through these transitions in their life.
Kate believes that motherhood has, at times, been the ultimate expression of how yoga has helped her embody qualities of acceptance, patience, kindness and calm – her children continue to be her greatest teachers and channels for inspiration and growth. She is passionate about working with mums through yoga and coaching to help them realise these qualities within themselves.

U-Rippa at All Sorts Swim!

U-Rippa is coming to All Sorts Swim!
This program aims to empower kids to learn practical skills in a strong current, understand the right techniques to apply in this environment and increase their chances of survival in real life.

Well done to Julia for being this months well deserving instructor of the month! Julia always brings such high energy to every class and is loved by staff and members! Catch Julia in RPM, Pump or GRIT!
- What made you become a fitness trainer? I was so inspired by an amazing cycle instructor when I was a member and I remember being so in awe of how infectious and exciting he made exercise that it made me want to make other’s also feel like that.
- Outside of the gym, what do you like to do for fun? I love playing netball and tennis, but also can’t beat the beach in summer.
- What is one thing about you that most people don’t know? I have very bad eyesight and one morning I dropped a contact lens into the feedback box..go figure
MYZONE Marathon DJ HIIT Power Class!

Adams dedication to his fitness needs are at the top of his priority! His results are clear from this and he understands that consistency is key! He loves being pushed 4 times a week by Personal Trainer Nicholas and trains separately on his own! Good on you Adam!
