Want to shake it like Shakira?! Come along to our new Belly Dance program and learn the basics to get you moving your hips with hypnotic rhythm.
Get an energising, thorough workout in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere while learning to move gracefully to mystical, ancient rhythms. No dance experience is required.
This is a beginner classes designed for women of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels.

Congratulations to our first member of the month for 2017 – Leslie Wang!
Leslie is dedicated to her training and always gives 110% in her PT sessions with Jenny. Because of her hard work, she has managed to reach her goal of getting fit for her trip back home for Chinese New Year at the end of January. Well done Leslie!
How long have you been a member at All Sorts? Since September last year.
What do you like the most about All Sorts? It’s a good place to meet new people, good stress relief from work and a great gym that offers everything from swimming pool / tennis court to classes and big gym floor (That’s why I drive 20 minutes one way to go to the gym)
Favourite classes? Body pump! Always good music and a hard work out.

NEW Little Sports Champs Program
A brand NEW program for the little ones!
Our Little Sports Champ program is a weekly program which aims to develop fundamental skills in pre-schoolers to set them up with skills for life!
Multi-sports include soccer, basketball, gymnastics and much more. The program will run on a continuous 8 week cycle, they will never do the same sport!
Starts 6th February at 10am every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
Only $15 per session!
