We have so many offerings at All Sorts for the whole family and are all about encouraging fitness from a young age. Kids yoga is a great way to introduce kids to fitness and mindfulness. Our specialist kids yoga instructor Karen has years experience and makes kids yoga enjoyable for all ages.

5-7 yrs from 4pm – 4.30pm
Age 8-11 yrs from 4.45pm – 5.15pm
Age 12+ from 5.30pm – 6.15pm
