Want to shake it like Shakira?! Come along to our new Belly Dance program and learn the basics to get you moving your hips with hypnotic rhythm.

Get an energising, thorough workout in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere while learning to move gracefully to mystical, ancient rhythms. No dance experience is required.

This is a beginner classes designed for women of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels.
