2019 Multi-Sport Holiday Camp

Join us for THREE weeks of Multi Sport Holiday Camp fun in January 2019.

Junior Boxing

Junior Boxing classes are on Friday afternoons at 5pm and Saturday morning at 7am with professional boxing trainer, Billy Fine. Junior Boxing classes are for 10 – 16 year olds and you will be focusing on basics including footwork, punching, and fitness

PAJAMA WEEK – MONDAY 15.05.17 – SUNDAY 21.05.17


Falling into a pool of water with clothes on can produce fear and hysteria in an otherwise calm swimmer. We want all swimmers to know that although it may feel strange to swim with clothes on it is still something they can and should do when in the water.

Even if you don’t know any water safety skills yet, having this practice can help you react quicker and prevent panic until someone can come to your rescue. A little bit of time can make a big difference in an emergency situation.


  • Have your swimsuit under your pajamas. The first 15 minutes of the lessons will be in clothes and will be focused on safety skills
  • Bring and extra plastic bag to put wet clothes in after the lesson
  • The heavier the clothing, the more the swimmer will feel the weight of it (flannelette)

Kids Yoga – NOW at Mind Body Studio

Kids yoga has now moved to the Mind Body Studio every Wednesday and will be at the new time of 4.20pm.

I really wanted to thank All Sorts Sydney for just being who you are!

The fact that I have been able to lose weight and feel terrific about myself is testament to the level of comfort  I have felt in joining your gym

This is the first time I’ve ever been to a gym and the first time the focus has been on ME as an individual.

I’ve lost weight – how much is not relevant! What is relevant is that I have dropped two dress sizes and still going. My focus is not on weight loss but on gaining my confidence as a woman and feeling/looking great!

Thank you for your welcoming smiles and continued encouragement of my ability to achieve key milestones and goals.

Europe 2017 here I come……………and then to reset goals for next year – yay!!

Kids Yoga

We know how important your fitness is to you and by setting these standards to your kids from a young age, you are helping teach them the importance of fitness.

We have so many offerings at All Sorts for the whole family and are all about encouraging fitness from a young age. Kids yoga is a great way to introduce kids to fitness and mindfulness. Our specialist kids yoga instructor Karen has years experience and makes kids yoga enjoyable for all ages.
