It is with regret that in accordance with Department of Healths instructions that Allsorts Gym at Wyong will place in suspension all memberships with immediate affect at 12 noon. There will be no costs charged to you during this Government shut down.
Stay in touch with our social media pages as well. Our trainers will still be dedicated to giving you tips on how to stay fit and healthy in these difficult circumstances.
If you need specific help or any urgent access (some medical rehabilitation clients) we are still sorting out how that might be facilitated. Please feel free to contact email@example.com but appreciate we may not have any more clarity about the situation than you do.
We intend to keep running our associated businesses (the tavern, gelato and café) as takeaway businesses in daylight hours only… through both drop in takeaway orders and through our Moobar eats website…more detail to come if this will help you feed the family.
Of course our external spaces can continue to host groups that practise responsible social spacings. If some takeaway food on the riverbank whilst the kids run around helps you from going nuts….then we’re here for you. If you can spin around with an imaginary pool noodle and hit someone that you don’t live with….then you need to sit further apart…
We’ve been around for 20 years this year and just like the sun comes up each morning, we look forward to being back in business serving our customers as soon as we are allowed…

Feel like working up a sweat on your yoga mat? Try a hot yoga class. Hot yoga is done in a heated room and ranges between 30 and 40 degrees. The heat is designed to warm up your muscles and joints, encourage blood flow and increase flexibility to help protect the body during postures and promote sweating for detoxification.
