All Sorts Boxing is open to everyone, from those looking to add some real punch into their fitness program through to competitive boxers. In it's own dedicated warehouse space you'll feel like you've stepped into an old school boxing gym but with the latest equipment and its own ring!

Boxing fitness training will really challenge your fitness program, giving you a total body workout. It can increase endurance, strength, agility and coordination.

These classes include a variety of body weight resistance training. Warm up as you revise basic punching techniques. Then put these techniques into action with your partner as you strike, pound and deliver combinations to the focus mitts and heavy bag.
