I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for excericise and medicine. I offer training for all types of people - those who want to improve their health and wellbeing to those with a chronic illness. I use five pillars of exercise prescription - progression, challenge, safety, enjoyment and regularity.
Having spent nearly 20 years in the health, fitness and well-being industry James provides a wealth of experience serving as a guide and mentor to his clients and colleagues alike.
I have a passion for fitness and helping people acheive their goals. After losing 20kgs, my passion became helping as many people as possible to improve their health and fitness for a healthier life and a better future for themselves and their children.
