FFC is designed to train your muscles to simulate daily life. This is a new approach to Group Fitness which combines the personalisation of a PT session with the fun of a group training environment. You will do exercises such as squats, deadlifts, sledgehammers, core work, body weight resistance with some interval style work thrown in.
Urban Jungle Boot Camp is a military inspired workout program designed to ensure you achieve serious results. Combining High Intensity Interval Training, muscular endurance activities (think battle ropes, sledgehammers, slam balls, obstacle courses) and all types of drills designed to make you work HARD!
