NEW Classes and NEW Timetable

Our summer timetable is here! Starting this Monday 24th October we have brand new classes to the timetable…

Power Tone – Tuesdays 6am
Freestyle 45 minute class combining a lower body and core workout. Power moves incorporating the step as well as body weight. Shape up and tone your body to this fun new class. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Core Worx – Wednesdays 1pm
Freestyle core workout, focusing on working the core from the inside out. This class is 30 minutes of core awareness and strengthening and toning. Hard and fast. Suitable for all fitness levels.

ABT (Abs, Butts and Thighs) – Fridays 10.15am
45 minutes of lower body resistance exercises, set to music so you can sculpt and tone your body using bodyweight and resistance bands. Suitable for all levels.

From Monday 24th October some of the below classes will be removed from the timetable due to low attendance.

If you love any of the classes listed below and want to keep seeing them on the timetable then show it some love over the next 2 weeks by coming along and bringing your gym buddy!

Thursday – 12.15pm GRIT Cardio and 1.05pm RPM Express

New Member and Group Fitness Manager!

Introducing the lovely Aleesha to the All Sorts family!

Aleesha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to All Sorts. She started dancing at age 4 and from then on, fell in love with movement to music. She then continued to persue her career in the fitness industry training in aerobics and Les Mills BodyPump and BodyAttack and went on to manage multiple fitness centres.

Aleesha has a great energy and is here on hand to help you with all your fitness needs.

“My passion is seeing people embracing fitness as it is fun and seeing results changes your life mentally, emotionally and physically. I am a big believer in fitness contributing to beating depression and mental illness.”
