Our 4 week Summer Shred program will guarantee you noticeable improvements in body fat %, measurements, strength, endurance and overall health.
This is a small group training program which focuses as much on your nutrition as your workouts. 12 sessions over 4 weeks with morning and afternoon sessions and nutritional workshops to help you stay on track through summer!

The Fit Kids program has been such a great success we are now introducing it permenantly to the timetable as of Monday 5th September 4-5pm!
Encouraging kids and teens to be active from a young age sets good habits early on and helps them develop the skills they need to stay active throughout their lives. This is a high energy, extremely fun, multi-sport class for kids!
Fit Kids is a mixture of multi sport games including Oz-tag, soccer, hockey, dodge ball and much more! The program is instructed by our very own “Dan the Man”, who has an extensive background running indoor sports programs.
Every Monday and Wednesday from 4pm – 5pm. For ages 5-12 years.
This awesome program is a great way to let them burn off some energy after school. Best of all it’s FREE to members kids!
Non-members may participate at a rate of $7.50 per child per class or 5 visits for $30 and 10 visits for $60.

Join team All Sorts in the 7km Spartan Race on Saturday 8th October in Picton where we will scale walls, run through mud, swim dams, jump fires and climb ropes as a team! This is a real test of fitness and stamina and is not for the faint hearted!
