Thurs – 9.30am – Boxing (30 mins)
Thurs – 10am – TRX (45 mins)
Thurs – 10.45 – Booty Blast (45 mins)
Friday – 6pm – Bootcamp Class (grass area – rain or shine!)
Saturday – 7am – Boxing (30 mins)

Hot Yoga with Jacq – All Sorts Wyong

Feel like working up a sweat on your yoga mat? Try a hot yoga class. Hot yoga is done in a heated room and ranges between 30 and 40 degrees. The heat is designed to warm up your muscles and joints, encourage blood flow and increase flexibility to help protect the body during postures and promote sweating for detoxification.
