I specialise in weight training programs. I believe lifting weights can do so much more for a person than build muscle and make you stronger. I believe it can improve physical and mental health, prevent disease, keep you trim and may even add years to your life. It gives you a greater feeling of self worth thus seeing all areas of your life improve. I also have a love for all things Nutrition and enjoy helping my clients work out what works best for their bodies and lifestyle.
